Wholehearted Living
Please contact for specific dates and pricing
The Daring Way™ is a highly experiential methodology based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown. This method is designed for work with individuals, couples, families, work teams, and organizational leaders. It can be facilitated in clinical, educational, and professional settings. During the process we explore topics such as vulnerability, courage, shame, and worthiness. We examine the thoughts, emotions, and behaviors that are holding us back and we identify the new choices and practices that will move us toward more authentic and wholehearted living. The primary focus is on developing shame resilience skills and developing daily practices that transform the way we live, love, parent, and lead.
Rising Strong™ is a psychoeducational course based on the book “Rising Strong: The Reckoning. The Rumble. The Revolution.” If we are going to live authentically, there is no way to avoid falling down. This curriculum explores what it takes to get back up again. Learn how to own our own stories of struggle and become empowered to write new endings.
The Gifts of Imperfection™ Creativity Course contains 12 sessions based on the book “The Gifts of Imperfection: Letting Go of Who You Think You’re Supposed to Be and Embrace Who You Are”. Each lesson in the course will have a learning focus, reading homework completed before each meeting, creative journaling activities to do over the next week, time to process any insights and the DIG Deep commitments for the upcoming week.
BOLD™ - live Brave, be Original. Love big. Dare greatly.
The newest program designed specifically for teenagers. Combines material from the other curriculum mentioned above.
